
DevOps Engineer
Who you'll work closely with




What you’ll do
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud
infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.
•Manage and optimize Kubernetes platforms (AKS) in production, including
deployments, scaling, networking, and operational reliability.
•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application delivery,
infrastructure provisioning, and operational workflows.
•Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform to
standardize and automate cloud infrastructure.
•Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve distributed systems using observabilitytools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging platforms.
•Collaborate with development, security, and platform teams to improve
deployment processes, reliability, and operational efficiency.
•Manage networking and connectivity across cloud and hybrid environments,
including VNets/VPCs, firewalls, private networking, load balancers, and
secure connectivity.
•Implement and maintain service mesh solutions (Istio or similar) for traffic
management, observability, and service-to-service security.
•Support incident response, root cause analysis, and production
troubleshooting for critical systems and services.
•Maintain and improve security posture across infrastructure and CI/CD
pipelines following DevSecOps and Zero Trust principles.
•Automate operational tasks and internal tooling using Python.
•Produce and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and
architecture diagrams.
•Work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver
reliable, maintainable, and business-aligned solutions.
•Contribute to agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your background
•5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or
Infrastructure roles.
•At least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production environments.
•Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, especially:
oAKS
oAzure Networking (VNet, Application Gateway, Front Door, WAF)
oAzure AD and identity/security integrations
oMonitoring and operational tooling
•Good working knowledge of AWS cloud services and networking.
•Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
•Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
•Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
•Experience with Istio or similar service mesh technologies.
•Solid understanding of networking concepts, including:
oVNets/VPCs
oFirewalls and network security groups
oLoad balancers and ingress controllers
oPrivate endpoints and hybrid connectivity
oDNS and TLS/certificates•Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging systems.
•Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills in distributed systems environments.
•Proficient in Python.
•Strong understanding of Linux systems administration.
•Experience working in both operational support and project-based
environments.
•Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Desirable Skills
•Experience managing AKS clusters at scale in enterprise production
environments.
•Experience with GitOps workflows and tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
•Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
•Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and modern security practices.
•Experience with security tooling such as Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and
M365 security integrations.
•Experience in cybersecurity or security-focused organizations.
•Knowledge of SRE principles, SLIs/SLOs, and reliability engineering
practices.
•Microsoft certifications such as:
- Azure Administrator Associate
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Azure Network Engineer Associate
- Experience working in multi-cloud environments (Azure + AWS).
