What you’ll do
· Build and scale OutThink’s revenue across The Middle East.
You will act as the regional GM, owning commercial performance, setting direction, and scaling our footprint across the Middle East as the very first hire in the region
· Own the full sales cycle from pipeline build to close.
You will generate and qualify pipeline, lead discovery, deliver compelling demos, articulate value, manage complex enterprise stakeholders, and close new ARR - all with strong forecasting and CRM discipline. This will include leading large and complex sales cycles with regional partners and supporting RFP and tender processes.
· Deliver exceptional customer success outcomes across the region.
You will serve as the primary post‑sales contact for enterprise customers in The Middle East, leading onboarding, adoption, value realization and long-term success planning. Your experience managing renewals and expansions with enterprise accounts will enable you to proactively identify growth opportunities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on human risk management strategy, platform deployment, and best practices - ensuring every customer achieves positive ROI.
· Build, enable, and accelerate a high-performing partner ecosystem.
You will build deep relationships with VARs and MSSPs across The Middle East. You’ll deliver partner training, enablement, joint discovery, and co-selling motions to create a predictable, scalable channel-supported growth engine, and identify, engage, activate, and enable new partners aligned with regional priorities.
· Lead OutThink’s regional presence.
As the face of OutThink in The Middle East, you’ll represent us at cybersecurity events, CISO roundtables, conferences, and industry forums - building credibility, relationships, and brand visibility. You’ll deepen OutThink’s network across enterprise security leaders, ecosystem partners, and industry groups, positioning the platform as the leading HRM solution in the region.

You may support localisation initiatives, regional content creation, new processes, market-entry playbooks, and anything else required to accelerate success. This is a hands-on operator role where bias for action is essential.

You are curious, technically conversant, and excited about the evolving cybersecurity landscape. You can translate complex security problems into business impact and articulate value credibly to CISOs, CIOs, and Risk & Compliance leaders. Experience in HRM, security awareness, identity platforms or adjacent security domains is a strong plus.
· Proven commercial success in The Middle East.
You bring at least 5 years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity SaaS across sales, customer success, channel partnerships or hybrid GTM roles. You’ve successfully closed new logo software deals in The Middle East, navigated long enterprise sales cycles, and driven renewals and expansions with regional customers. You have strong executive presence and communicate with clarity and authority to senior stakeholders.
· Experienced in channel ecosystems across The Middle East.
You have hands-on experience working with distributors, resellers, and MSSPs, with a strong focus on the GCC. You understand how to enable partners, run co‑selling motions, and build a channel‑supported pipeline.
· High autonomy and operational excellence.
You are self‑driven, structured, and disciplined in execution. You manage your own pipeline, prioritise effectively, and maintain exceptional organisational and forecasting rigour.
· Strong relationship builder and communicator.
You collaborate naturally across Sales, Marketing, Product and CS teams, even when remote. You build trust quickly with customers, partners, and internal teams. Exceptional verbal and written communication - in English - is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus.
· Regional grounding.
You are based in the UAE with the ability to travel across The Middle East as needed.
