In 2015, while working together at IHS Markit, they realized the real challenge wasn’t just technical but human. Together, they launched a program with 100 cybersecurity ambassadors, recognizing that traditional tools weren’t addressing the need to engage people and manage human risk effectively.
Flavius took the idea further and founded OutThink, the first platform to measure and manage human risk in cybersecurity. Today, OutThink helps organizations turn their workforce into an active line of defense, empowering people to reduce risks and strengthen overall security.
